All functions work except the remote will not lock the doors.

Click both the lock and unlock buttons simultaneously on the remote release both then click and release just the unlock button.
Since a couple of days i can t lock the doors by using the transmitter or by using the switches inside the car.
Remove the ignition key and test the keyless entry.
When i park the car shut off engine close door they both lock and cannot be reopened with or without a key.
Unplug the door latch connector and set up across the lock solenoid terminals with the test light.
If a secondary keyless remote is the one not working repeat this step for that remote.
My lights on the dash dim some times and if i hit a bump the radio goes off.
